The Secret Sex Life of Plants
The objective of this exercise was to layout pictures and text based on some of the gestalt concepts. I found applying Gestalt theory to this exercise very difficult. However, i used "sliced" background image that is supposed to represent the closure concept. Partly hidden picture of a flower also refers to word "secret" in the topic.

So, the design is not easy to be read. I guess it comes from the stripes added in the background. You need to improve the empty space, the full screen page style is not arranging to help this reading.
Try to organize your design by the help of the Gestalt Theory. We've seen that we can create groups to work on ''distance'' with them, so let's do it. Here which group could you have? Block-text and Pictures right? so go for it. Think of proximity in the ppt support lesson. Re-arrange your article by that element of Gestalt. Would be profitable.
